This project is a design proposal for the interior of Muscle Up Fitness & Gym to be located at G-1 G-3 The Verve, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.

I’m currently using Muscle Up Fitness & Gym, which is currently a small gym operating in Cheras, and I noticed it needs to Improve the its corporate Image. In order to compete with other mainstream gyms, my client needs a new gym interior which shows its unique selling point. To increase social communication between gym members a juice bar is to be included. This will also promote healthy diet and offer a place to refresh members after workout.

My concept is inspired by the idea of muscle growth and biology. Our body is a functional structure, and I’m concerned with its organic build up, and how to incorporate organic forms into the interior. To create a more human and curved space. For example, I have created a ceiling design inspired by blood cells, and wall finishing which are representing the lines in muscle tissue.
